Exercising
On my back on the floor feels really good! My legs are elevated so the swelling in my toes goes away pretty quick. Doing leg lifts, scissors, bicycles and knees to the chest. Some modified crunches. On my sides to do side leg lifts. On my stomach to do some modified planks( I need to invest in knee pads!) Some light 1 pound weights for my arms but I have to find my 3 pounders.
Another way to pass the time and really gives my butt a much needed rest from sitting!
I still haven’t been to get my yellow and green polish for my toenails! But I will!
Really hot today but nothing unusual for July in South Carolina! Same as always! I was only outside about 10 minutes this morning. The leg does not like the heat!
