Tarn Hows

An acupuncture appointment in Ulverston first thing.  From there to Coniston via Brantwood for a coffee.  Then to Tarn Hows and although it was fairly late morning by the time I arrived, managed to park OK, just.  Well, it is the start of the holiday season and some schools have already broken up.

Set off clockwise around the lake with an intention of walking to Black Crag.  However, I was feeling rather tired today so I got as far as Iron Keld and almost to Sunny Brow and then decided to return around the other side of the lake.

Greyer than yesterday but warm and dry.
