I don't think I'll ever get tired of this view! I contemplated it all afternoon (getting sunburnt in the process) and came back again later on when the sun neared its bedtime.

All afternoon is not right. I had physio between 2 and 3. Phew! You only realise what a miracle of nature standing up is when you can't do it anymore! After a little while on the bed? table?, that's all I tried to do. First at the bars, then in a kind of loose body brace which allows you to have a break once in a while.
