Everything INCLUDING the kitchen sink.......

......is available at my favourite local hardware store (though you have to go upstairs to the building merchants 'bit' for the sink ;-) ).....hooray for 'proper' shops I say !!! (for info I treated myself to a drain cleaning coil, 4 sets of hooks and eyes to keep various cupboards and rooms cat-free, a radiator key and a bottle of drain cleaner......exciting stuff eh? )
Hoping for a downpour this afternoon, a) to clear the air and b) find out whether the dodgy levels on the back guttering are going to need some further attention from Peter the window cleaner and his trusty hacksaw.
Quiet morning at Make, Do and Mend (in fact Hazel had a bit of a snooze in a handy comfy chair), it was just too hot (and muggy) to trot........

EDIT (extra added) :: Not too hot to give the phone scammers a bit of a runaround this afternoon though ;-)
