Salad Experiment

We are still experiencing heavy rains here so physical activity outdoors is limited.

Cooked chicken adobo with pineapple chunks and prepared a rather elaborate salad. I am still an
amateur when it comes to the kitchen so a seemingly simple dish takes me some time to prepare.
