Reed Warbler

This morning I went to the gym in Oswestry for the initial assessment to carry on from where the hospital left off. The machines are much newer than the hospital ones so should be easier to set up.

I then went for a walk along the Montgomery Canal - the vegetation, nettles and briars had grown huge over the path on the reserve. They were much taller than I was!   There were a lot of butterflies and damselflies around but the highlight was seeing this Reed Warbler with it's catch.
