I couldn't choose between today's insect macros (I photographed ladybirds, a conehead, a surprise skipper, damselflies, dragonflies in flight, various bees, and a pellucid hoverfly) so have gone with the vertebrate option... It has been insect macros for the last few days, so a change is probably for the best.
I also quite liked the fact that today's highlight was meeting up with my twin brother, and we're numbers 3 of 4 and 4 of 4, so this pic. has some sort of sibling symbolism.
