Emergency Silly Selfie

Today I had an injection in my arm.

I joked with A about taking an interpretive selfie showing the shock and pain of it all. Including the plaster which actually showed off my tan quite well.

I took one for a laugh and now its 21:40 and I realise it's the only photo I took today...

It hurts now. But not that much... :)
