We were visited again today by this kereru, which was rather lovely. Best to look large, I'd say.

Mrs tsuken and I headed out for another walk/run - or today, more of a run/walk, which pleased both of us: her Achilles is improving greatly, with correction of her running gait.

Later we offed to the beach, and some birds pics are in my Flickr. We were then joined there by my other sister and her boys (Mstrs H and L), which has been great.

Dinner is just about to be dished up, so I'll stop typing. Editing this to add the Flickr link got slightly worrying: the edit button/link is riiiiight next to the delete button. Near whoopsie there.
