Extra is a beautiful tube shot, but really liked the way your eye is drawn to the fin above him.

First Transpac 2019 boat is due in tonite!   Argo, a Mod 70 multi-hull, is estimated to come in around 10PM, but given our strong winds, she'll probably be earlier.   I've been really disappointed in the local coverage of this race.   The sinking of OEX  was buried in regular paper pages.   And nothing about the staggered starts.  It used to be a big thing with good coverage  . . .    Trying to decide whether to go to the finish line.

Edit:  10:15PM:   Two boats have now finished - Argo and PowerPlay Ltd - and I never made it back to the finish line!   Both were earlier than expected.   Here is a link to the  Transpac website.   Click on "Race Tracker" in the upper orange boxes to see ETAs.
