Dry Poppies Still Life

Getting close to curtains, and I just made an image  for my blip.

Busy day with guests.  They came at noon for lunch.  Linda made a delicious meal and with the help of prosecco,  coffee,  and chocolate, lubricating the conversation, the hours passed and it became time for dinner before we knew it. 

The guests took their leave and I decided to light my blip with flash illumination.  I have little competence with artificial light.  Fortunately, digital photography is very forgiving.  I took many shots before having something to post.  

I learned that there is much that I can explore regarding artificial lighting.
