That was Unexpected!

I turned a corner on the way home from the town today and had to stop. This was in the road ahead. The words ‘A Peacock, a peahen and a chicken were walking down the road”...... jumped into my head. I just couldn’t think of the punchline. They seemed unworried by my presence, which is of concern, because around here, anything like this is fair game for the pot. Extra photo is of the peacock a little closer. Not the greatest pics, but glad I had my iPhone to hand.
