Troon beach

I was decidedly unwell last night, so my planned visit to bestie Gill's in Troon was touch-and-go, but this morning I decided on the latter.

The forecast was dodgy, but we've been very lucky. We managed a long tramp along the beach this morning which certainly blew away the cobwebs. Perfect conditions for the windsurfers - see extra.

This afternoon we ended up having a mooch around a well-known garden centre, where I bought myself an orchid. Let's see if I can keep this one alive...
