Velcro

Mrs W was for ever complaining about her walking sticks rattling in the walking stick holder on her buggy.
 
It’s surprising what can be achieved with some sticky backed Velcro (the genuine stuff) and ingenuity.
 
My initial thoughts were to line the ring with something soft.  It was Mrs W that suggested that a bit of Velcro would do the job, so I combined the thoughts.
