Typical July weather...hot and humid with a little extra help from tropical storm Barry.

I met JZ at Headwaters Park in Huntsburg for Paddle and Pedal, a free Geauga Parks event including kayaking, bicycling, and lunch. While kayaking, we watched osprey scoop up fish, and swallows and purple martins swooping the water. Among others, I met naturalist Dan Best, to whom I listened on the radio for years. One gal we met is organizing a group for bicycle rides. Should be fun.

I took other photos from my waterproof sack, but liked this one of JZ best for its reflections and painterly effect after editing.
