"Bûche à Oreilles"

Starting 2013 just after midnight with a chocolate "Bûche à Oreilles". A specialty from a Parisian sweet shop and only available around Xmas and New Year. It is served right from the freezer and combines chocolat, clementine jam, hazelnut mousse, crispy praliné ... and two chocolate ears.
