Jam Time

I cannot remember a time in my life when my mom didn’t have loads of this jam in her freezer to give to friends and to serve to her family. When our boys were small they named it “Nana’s Famous Jelly”. Since she can’t send it to me, I have to make my own, but the name of the jam stays the same. I don’t mind at all. Today was the day for that job. When we arrived back from the States last year, we had lost everything in our freezer. As it wasn’t strawberry season, I couldn’t replace it. We are now restocked for the months to come, and I had help picking the strawberries. Happy mom!
