Musical,, like his mama!

We spent the later part of NYE with my Mum and stepdad, who only live around the corner. Squash was dressed up in one of his new shirts from Christmas, looking cute as always.

My 12yr old sister is away with a friend at the moment, so he kept looking for her as they are partners in crime. He went into her room and decided he was going to play her guitar and keyboard. I was lucky enough to hear a lovely rendition of 'Twinkle, Twinkle' on vocals and guitar. He's very careful with it, and sings really beautifully.

I'm so pleased, as I love music. I started learning piano aged 4, and sang in one choir or another from 4yrs-17yrs. i also took up violin when i was 15. It's strange seeing your own child love something you can remember loving the same way.
