Flames

In the early 1980s I used to go to the Comrie flambeaux where locals parade round the village with flaming torches to keep evil spirits at bay. Clearly didn't do it properly last year as the village was seriously flooded a few weeks ago. I like the tradition, tho and have kept it going over the last couple of years at home. This is two of my kids last night preparing to go round the house with candles to keep the bad spirits at bay. Some serious curtain twitching going on as we did it!
