Lochan abuzz....

with Odonata in the sunshine. Wanted pictures of the Downy Emerald and Common Darter, but this thug appeared and chased them remorselessly. Expect that's why its called a Chaser, an elderly Four spotted chaser. There were also lots of Common, Blue, Large Red and Emerald damselflies.
Liked the pattern and colours of the extra, a damselfly on a waterlily pad.
