Rainy Roof Garden

A slightly strange roof garden on top of the student accomodation being built near our office.  Slightly strange because half of it is taken up with a wooden "shelter" which appears to stop neither wind nor rain.  In fact all it does block is the view of the castle - probably the only good reason to be out there in the first place!
