A wet walk

Well what a wet day it has been today. I was involved with some interviewing this morning and how wonderful to meet a teacher as inspiring and enthusiastic and today's candidate - lucky children! 
Later we said Good bye to one of our parishioners, several of the congregation made up a bit of a scratch choir to sing one of the hymns requested and that seemed very fitting.
Afterwards I felt like a walk and despite the rain I headed to the beach which, because most people are sensible and stay indoors when it's pouring down, was empty. I spotted this jelly fish - one of 3 on the beach. It was a toss up between this and a snail!
