The Two Towers

Happy New Year everyone. It's been a crisp morning so far with patches of bright sunshine, momentary hail showers and gusts of wind. We went out for a cycle ride this morning around the lanes in the North. These pillars were alongside an old barn. I believe originally they would have been part of an outbuilding where they supported a roof, but where the sides were open to the elements.
