Today it rained!

For the first time in ages it rained today, a lot, all day! We’ve been finished for two weeks now but all the other schools finished today. Great timing.
I met up with a lovely, lovely friend for lunch. Wish he lived closer.
This evening two huge summer events were planned, the harbour carnival in town and the big outdoor screen on the west coast. My blip was taken by my sister who was helping out at the cinema. Not exactly well attended given the weather. Such a shame.
