Busy

Full on day. Started with a trip to Bruntsfield for A to browse for a birthday present for her friend Naomi. No luck, but she enjoyed the browse and the tuna melt sandwich at Meltmongers! Straight to Howden’s to design kitchen. Took a couple of hours but getting close to what I’m looking for I think.
Dashed back to meet the architect and builder...quite good chat and feel we’re on the way now.
A and I then went to get nails done (she was thrilled to get some nails at last given how she bites them so badly) before down to town to buy her some Birkenstock’s for her birthday then home for a huge chicken salad and a quiet evening.
