5.48am - best part of the day!

In this hot weather the best time for walkies is early in the morning.Today was lovely - cool and fresh, the wheat ripening in the fields, all the dogs off leads - and Sprite finally discovered the joys of jumping in the dyke and coming out covered in green weed (see extra) Merlin always does this and Mystic sometimes. Bess doesn't now as she's too old for scrambling in and out, and Pixie doesn't like water very much anyway - so three wet and smelly, two dry and clean, but all happy - which is all that matters
