Lacy lair

Very hot here today, so we struggled to get through the afternoon walk at 95 F (35 C).
As we were resting on the uphill portion, I happened to notice a patch of Queen Ann's Lace. Then much to my delight, I noticed this spider spanning an entire blossom.
And that's a wrap!
