Pseudo ICM

I've noticed a number of Blippers are using the newish innovation of ICM, (In Camera Movement) which uses a slow shutter speed and the lens is either zoomed or the camera moved, during the exposure, so I thought I'd try to duplicate a similar method with a stock photo and using only Photoshop's Motion Blur, so here's my effort which gives you a lot more control over the finished result. Comments very welcome:)
