Taste of the future

A whole refrigerated display with a banner across the top declaring it the "Taste of the future". Lots of fermented drinks like these. There was also something called Rosemary Water. Now sit down and hold on tight while I tell you the contents.... rosemary and water. Now I'm a big fan of rosemary and I have a ready supply of water here but at three quid a bottle they must have been using the salty tears of flaxen-haired fairies or some such thing. Having checked out their website (linked above) I can only think that calling something a botanical must add to the price.
