Settle Flowerpot festival

After the rain stopped and Alison arrived we three set off for Settle. It wasn’t far so we were soon there and headed straight for the Information centre to pick up a map for the flowerpot trail. I’ve never seen such creativity - there were “sculptures”made from flowerpots to look like all manner of things from meerkats to elephants, the Lion King to Frozen and everything in between. It was wonderful. My blip today can probably join in the silly Saturday challenge as it’s my two friends acting as orangutans within the Quaker meeting house gardens.
I thoroughly recommend going to see the flowerpot festival. It’s a great idea. Now we are going to have some food and drink some wine!
