Last day in St Ives

Technology is great but sometimes it lies??? Two days ago our weather app said it was going to rain on Friday & Saturday. And not only rain; weather warnings were issued and thunder & lightening were supposed to be happening.


Mmmmmm..................... we don't think the 'BBC weather app' is very accurate. Yes, it rained all day yesterday, but there wasn't any thunder and lightening. And today it's been positively beautiful. In fact it's been so sunny that we've spent most of today swinging around on our hanging egg chair. Well, I have. My very lovely owner, Ann, has been frantically cleaning and tidying because our very lovely house in St Ives is fully booked from tomorrow until mid September, when we'll be back in St Ives.


Starting the long trek back from Cornwall to Edinburgh tomorrow.


PS – According to our unreliable weather app, it's going to be 25c in Edinburgh on Tuesday??? Not sure we believe that, but heyho, watch this space peeps.



PPS - Yesterday Ann signed herself up to do a ''Meet & Greet' at Porty on Tuesday because she thought she could take me with her so that I could have a good run on the beach first and then leave me to have a snooze in the car. Obviously I will not be left in the car if the temperature is 25c. I will probably have to stay home alone??!!
