Saturday: Beaumaris Lifeboat Day

Up early and on the road by 9:30am, light rain, no wind and 16°C.
On the road leaving our village a baby red squirrel ran across the road, looked very small and very ginger!
No parking at the Lifeboat station so dropped my bags off and parked on The Green and walked back, via the Bulkeley to buy a latte.
Rain continued for most of the morning but cleared midday and more people arrived. No helicopter exercise today but lifeboats were out, see extra photo.
We were all amazed when we saw the schooner Vilma, I identified it with my MarineTraffic app - https://oga.org.uk/boat/vilma - such an elegant vessel.
Took about £40 at my stall and everyone reported healthy sales, good news for Lifeboat funds :-))
Goodnight all x
