Only in Floods and Snow....

It is only in floods and snow that we get the chance to walk across the golf course. So as its still very water logged - but better than it has been we took Tallulah for a New Years day walk to Ferry Meadows via a part of the golf course that neither of us had been on before. We had to lift Tallulah over a fence - not the easiest thing to do with a hefty dog who hates being picked up. Also tried to keep her muddy paws of me and watch out for the barbed wire all at the same time.

Despite this we had a lovely walk in the very bright sunshine and hope this is the start of a good year ahead. I decided on this shot just because of the colours, although it was one of those days that I had a few to choose from.
