A rare event.

This is us having a quick snack in a Tesco cafe. Now for people seeing this it isn't a big deal, but for us it's huge.
Our big wildling struggles with outings, especially places like Tesco. It's too bright, noisy, crowded, there is random smells etc and he can go into sensory overload. There was a time not long ago where we actually stopped taking him food shopping. It wasn't fair on him and our stress levels. Some people are so easy to judge. Especially when he's having a full blown meltdown on the floor. Some people struggle and think because he's high functioning that he shouldn't react that way, or that it's just behaviour. His brain works differently to ours.
We've built him up to days like this, where we can go and quickly get something to eat. And yesterday was a success, I just had to take a photo.
