Just a quicky

A snap from my 2013 calendar and not a very good one the light in the kitchen was poor. Still not my self and missing jayne, still on my diet though so thats something at least. Not even dressed today I need a shower but everything is such an effort im really sick of myself and sick of been like this. I know I will come around again I just hope its quick. Sorry for a depressing blip on new years day Im terrible. I did contemplate to write something else but this is how I feel there is no point in saying something for the sake of it.
