Thank goodness...

...the mist cleared today. On several fronts...the dreich weather was beginning to get to me...the plane was able to take off and get me home:-)

Had a colleague to drop to Sumburgh for an earlier flight. Made no sense to head back to Lerwick before our flight so spent an hour sitting here waiting on our check-in time.

Happy to be home tonight...I don’t really enjoy being away from the family. Never really have...needs must though.

Grateful for the lift in the weather and my own bed tonight.
