Mr / Ms Staggy

Jam making this morning; Redcurrent, and Strawberry and Apple. The Redcurrent has set OK and I've got my fingers crossed for the Strawberry. I've never tried it after freezing the fruit before, and I reduced the sugar a bit, hence adding the apple. It spreads better when it's soft.

Lots of trot and canter drills in my lesson today, working on leg aids and suppleness. I had a lovely horse who completely surprised me with his energy levels. It was hot though, I had very drippy hat hair.

Mr / Ms Staggy was wandering across the patio. We get quite a lot in the garden, I love them.
