Petunia shadows

Our poor petunias were looking pretty battered this morning - though they did get a good drink overnight!  I did get a few shots of the torn petals, but seeing as our failed double glazing is due to be replaced soon (we hope), I thought I'd use this photo instead today.  Imperfect, but pretty, I think.

Not feeling great today - properly exhausted.  I had wanted to go mudlarking today, but the weather and my energy levels said no.  Had a very lazy day at home instead.

50 years today since the first moon landing.  We've been watching lots of related documentaries recently - and also watched another episode of The First this evening.  A well-timed sci-fi drama about getting the first person on Mars.
