I decided to chance going down to church on my bike today and see how my knee holds up tomorrow. It seems ok so far. Rather than do right turns on busy roads I come off my bike and cross at crossings. While I was waiting for the green man I took a photo of a thistle that was growing out of a wall. the flower was all fuzzy so I've stuck with my shadow instead!
