Night and Day

An opportunity today to combine a sculpture picture with a Derlict Sunday.

I was photographing the figures of 'night' and 'day' on the old Tennent Memorial Building now derelict and part of what is left of the Western Infirmary.

It was a clinical research centre for many years, set up to study opthamology,  but when that was moved to another hospital, it continued as a clinical research and education centre.  Not sure iif it will survive now most of the surrounding buildings have been demolished.
