A quiet Sunday

We left the festival a little early last night so had time to have cheese and biscuits with a glass or two of wine before bed, which made for a late night again. I was pleasantly surprised to wake around 9 to bright blue skies as the forecast was for rain.
We took the opportunity to head out for a walk to a wee beach near the campsite and en route spotted the photos in the collage which I thought would work for Derelict Sunday - thank you to 60plus for hosting.

The rest of the day was taken up with sitting indoors watching the rain which swept in from the south of the island and devising a stew for dinner with whatever was in the fridge and the cupboards. It was very tasty if I say so myself.
Now about to play some card games to round off the weekend.
