Ouch

After spending yesterday in a different world playing Virtual Reality games at a friends opening day of a new business, today was a nice day to go for a walk in the real world. A new route that we've not done before. 5 miles without crossing a road so the kids could run randomly around. But it was a walk of down and up, 2.5 miles down and back up to car. But it has had the desired effect on the kids as the fresh air and walking has zonked them out. 
Even my son is now pointing out picture opportunities from my Blip story line.
