Helter skelter

Only picture I took today was from the traffic queue for the Cowdray Gold Cup polo final, which took place today. The eagle-eyed may notice a horse's head in front of the helter skelter which, I believe, is one of Nic Fiddian-Green's Still Water sculptures. There used to be one in the grounds of a grand house round the corner from us; they're very striking. We didn't go to the polo but I gather it went to a 7th chukka (is that like a super over?) and Dubai won by a goal.

In other news, Kyla and I went for another 14-miler this evening and it was much easier than last time so we must be getting fitter.
