Garland Park

Denver is blessed with a plethora of outdoor sand volleyball courts. I had long heard of the courts at Garland Park but had never played there until this morning. My understanding is this is usually an afternoon spot, but with temperatures expected top 100º F (38º C) a group of us were on the sand at 7:00 AM. It was a good thing too, because by the time we were finished it was very close to that triple digit mark.
