Baked Vacherin Mont-d'Or
A scrumptious treat: a small Vacherin Mont-d'Or cheese still in its box packaging. Remove the pine lid and wrap the box in aluminium foil, pour a glass of white wine over the cheese, having made a few slices in the top. Bake for 25 minutes at 200 deg C, Gas Mark 6. Serve with crusty bread or jacket potatoes.
