Biscuits and Gravy

Biscuits and gravy, eggs, and bacon.

Biscuits and gravy is a southern breakfast classic I enjoy very much, though here in California they don’t really understand the ratios involved. A proper biscuits and gravy is really more of a dish of gravy drowning occasional bits of biscuit. This version was still good, and perhaps marginally less unhealthy.
