Morning Run

Feeling a bit ashamed of myself this morning after going to Stratford-upon-Avon yesterday for a treat and ending up spending the whole evening drinking free wine in the club lounge and missing restaurant reservation.
S. got up at the crack of dawn to drive home and I went out woozily to run up the river path which was great and managed to run longest time yet even with a slight hangover!
