Cami's birthday

Today was Cami's birthday party! We collected Dylan first thing as his parents were both working. The party's in a park on the beach...the kids swapped between playing in the park and swimming in the sea...all was fine until Dylan got stung by a jellyfish, poor thing... Anyway, he was ok, and someone had antihistamine cream to apply to the sting...
After 4 hours of heat and sunshine, the kids were totally wiped out. We were busy about to leave when Cami's mom, Arlesiu, remembered we'd not done the cake! Poor Asha was just about finished off, as you can see from her face in this pic!!
She felt rough all afternoon, poor lamb...but better by the evening.

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Sergio and Carol trusting us with Dylan.
2) Good conversation with the Mom's.
3) A relaxed afternoon - just what we all wanted!
