This was actually taken on 9th July at Pensthorpe Natural Park. The North Norfolk Photograhic Society had organised a photoshoot there for us.  The extra is a slow motion shot of ducks feeding frantically.

I've been rather out of action since then,  lots of migraines leading up to my second catatract operation and the unpleasant procedure where the eyeball is stretched.  I'm just getting over the after-effects of that, so I hope to be to back to normal soon and out and about with my camera.
