Left behind

I did a quick sweep for anything of ours that I thought we may have forgotten to pack, including this thinking it was Toms.

We said our goodbyes just after 8am and headed off up North. The traffic was a pain but we got home safely.

The first thing Will did was replace a broken light bulb in his car and headed off to Newcastle for a date. leaving me with his washing - nice.

We popped up to see Toms mum. She'd had no family drop by over the weekend and was really pleased to see us (she does have carers in x 2 a day).

The cats have survived, Sid left us a lovely pile of vomit as we walked, mum and Dee have done a top job looking after them.

It's been a fabulous weekend but I'll be glad to crawl into my own bed tonight.....
